Surface Preparation
The most common cause of premature coatings failure is inadequate surface preparation.
Attaining the right anchor pattern or cleanliness level specified by the coating manufacturer will ensure proper adhesion to the surface it is being applied to.
Each coating will have different requirements. Simply blasting a surface clean without technical information on what mil profile and cleanliness level that particular coating requires will risk premature coatings failure.
Pacific Dustless Blasting Inc can attain a Mil profile of 0.5 to 4 + and SP levels 5,6,7,10 for any surface preparation requirements your surface calls for.
Common methods used by PDB are sandblasting wet and dry or shot blasting.
