Coarse grinding removes imperfections, coatings, and uneven areas where that work is required. Multiple passes with finer grits then create a smoother, more reflective surface.

We use precision diamond grinding to remove coatings, adhesives, and high spots while improving flatness and surface consistency. Where an existing floor needs preparation before polishing, our surface preparation capabilities give us additional options for working with the exposed concrete.
Coarse grinding also forms the first documented stage of our polishing process, removing imperfections and uneven areas before the floor moves into finer passes.
Polishing Existing Concrete Floors
Existing floors can require removal work before we can polish the slab itself.
Our floor removal services include epoxies, urethanes, adhesives, ceramic tile, carpet, vinyl, wood flooring, and rubber. Once the existing material has been removed, we can assess the exposed concrete and complete the grinding and preparation included in the polishing scope.
The removal equipment is selected according to the existing material and substrate.
That gives us a defined starting point before the floor moves into grinding, refining, and polishing.
Polished Concrete From Matte to High Gloss
We create polished concrete finishes ranging from matte to high gloss.
The surface is refined through multiple passes with progressively finer grits. Those passes develop a smoother, more reflective finish while working with the appearance of the concrete itself.
The required finish is established as part of the polishing scope. We then work through the grinding and polishing stages needed for that floor.
Densifying and Sealing
Densifying and sealing are part of our concrete polishing process.
After the grinding and polishing stages, we apply densifiers and sealers to the concrete. Our current process uses these products to strengthen the surface and reduce maintenance needs.
Final detailing follows, including an inspection for finish quality and consistency.
